Thank you Tim.  I appreciate you taking the time to test!  

Our IT team found a newer version of the Power Query plug-in and installed in 
on the users computer.  The ODBC connection now works and we are getting 
results.  We have other issue to resolved with Power Query, but those are just 
Expression errors (query logic) so I think we’re on track now.
