Hi Robert
Can it be the [DOCTOR_CODE] ? '10289’ seems odd, should prob. be '10289'
or 10289 depending on field type.

I’m wondering if it is the phone number with ‘ext’ in it.
I’ll login later tonight and remove it and see what happens.
Have a nice weekend //
