There are 2 versions in the download (v11 and v14), neither work. Keisuke says the v11 version works for him in v13. I have repaired the structure on my database. Blank Database - nothing. I do not know if this matters... I opened the package contents of the v11 bundle. there is no MacOS folder/version, which exists in the v14 version.
