Given a named selection list box, Is there any way to reject the saving of a record modified in the listbox outside of a trigger. For example I have a field in the table that cannot be blank if there is more than one record in the current selection. If only one record is in the selection the user can set the field to blank otherwise if must contain an entry.
I do not think I can do it in a trigger as the trigger will not know how many records are in the current selection on the client.
