Hello, one way would be to assign custom parameters to each list element that describes its profile.
note that you can give any number of key-value-pairs to each list element, http://doc.4d.com/4Dv16/4D/16.3/SET-LIST-ITEM-PARAMETER.301-3651197.en.html depending on what the list represents, it could be full path, is-a-folder, table number, field number, anything.
