I don't have anything running V16 but the docs for OT state "4D V11.5+" and
it is compatible with 32 bit and 64 bit versions.

The web site (https://www.aparajitaworld.com/downloads) reads "What you
will need: 4D V11 or later" and it confirms the 32 and 64 bit
functionality.
