About half the emails sent from my application have been returning an error and
not sent:

(Today, about 60 of 120 failed)

Error Text: "Specified socket descriptor is not valid for this application
[10038]"
I've not got a clue what this means

Some go through, some don't.
"Usually", it's the same email addresses that fail, but not always.

These email typically have 2 pdf attachments

Windows 2012 Server
4D Server 16r6
Using "SMTP_Send" Internet Commands
Port 587
Authenticated User/Password

Any help, most appreciated.
