Looking back at your post am I correct that the post that did not make it was Hello World? If so I am not surprised at all. Perhaps they have an automated filter and Hello World is flagged.
Why not try sending something useful like introducing one’s self as a list newbie. If that still doesn’t make it I would call my sales rep.
