I still cannot update my licence! I am trying to open a database in v12. Never had a problem before, but now it shows no licences for that version and I can't get into the Design mode. When I go to Update Licence, enter my un and pw and click Next, after a short wait I get "The connection failed". This has been going on for about a week and it is now URGENT!!! I need to get into that database! Tim?
