Jeremy, V17R licenses are different than v17 licences
I use the xml file to build my apps. When I put in the license numbers, they need to be the license numbers with the "R" in front of them. i.e. you need to re-register you v17(Rx) licenses so the you have license numbers with the R in front of the number.
