Hi All, 4D v17r… (Mac and Windows)
Have a need to use a Hierarchical List with sublist with a leading icon for each row. And I need to manage the spacing between rows. I have researched the docs (hoping I just missed it) and the NUG and have not found a way to control the row height. The only thing I have been able to do is alter the icon height or the font size (or both) but the end result are rows that are scrunched together. Is there anyway to control the row height in a Hierarchical List? Irrespective of icon height or Font size. You might recall back in April I was trying to emulate the behavior I needed using a hierarchical listbox but the only icons that could be used amounted to emojis - which I can see have a potential use - but not here where the icons/images need to be client specific. If there’s no way to control a simple thing lie the height of a row in a HList then there’s always a web area and a javascript tree but still trying to stay native 4D - although a JS Tree widget would provide the most flexibility.
