Windows 10 current SurfacePro 4GB RAM 4D v17.1 64bit I believe my PHP error has been fixed by removing from memory other un-necessary things that were running, along with the 4D 64bit application that was calling a PHP Execute.
So the problem appears to have been low memory. HTH!
