The last time I submitted a bug report (a while ago), it was through bugs.4d.fr, and I was able to track the progress of the response. Now (as I’m not a partner) I have to do it through the forum. There doesn’t seem to be a way to see how it’s getting on, though.
I’ve had an acknowledgment: it’s been given the reference ACI0100153. Can it be tracked?
