Gary, v17 is great. So, the first thing I would suggest is to think about using a listbox instead of output subform. Unless you have some really complicated implementation of an output subform (like here https://forums.4d.com/Post/EN/32395457/1/32395458) I doubt there's much to be gained using that approach now.
