I've used Twilio since about 2015, but not from 4D. I've found their support to be friendly and helpful. Their pricing is transparent and they offer good logging and let you control your maximum spend. I highly recommend them. I haven't had an outage that I noticed and it costs me less per message now than it did when I started.
