Thank you Gerald, I've tried deleting the 4Dlink file and nothing happens. This doesn't allow me to paste a picture so you can see the window that is showing but is not the list of users that it was before. I've rebuilt the application and it's still the same.
This application is running on a server that shares a location for all the applications in the hospital and I don't have access to go further down in the path and get to the C: drive.
