Hi All, I am using a database converted from v6.8 then to v11 and now running v18.3.
I never used the web server before, and now I am trying to use the documented Password Management System for Web Access. The 4D doc states "When a user connects to the server, a dialog box appears on their browser in order for them to enter their user name and password." This should be the case in both "*Passwords with BASIC protocol*" and "*Passwords with DIGEST protocol*". When I try this on a "fresh" database created with 4D v18.3 things work as expected. However, when I try this with my existing database structure which has been in use for years and years, unable to get this feature to work. What could it be I am doing wrong ? All help is welcome.
