1) I’d check SMTP_SetPrefs. I’ve found that SMTP_SetPrefs (1;1;0) works best for me.
2) We ran into a problem not long ago where large attachments could cause problems resembling what you’ve encountered … seemed to begin when we switched to V18. Ultimately we changed from attaching files to emails to providing direct download links in the emails.
