Pat, No I am not using the expression area.
I had needed to use the Runtime Explorer, recently, which I rarely use. I got what I needed from it and then forgot to close the window. An hour or so went by and this error popped up. When not opening the Runtime Explorer, I don't get this error. To be sure, I quit the application and restarted (numerous times now). I then open the Runtime Explorer after all other Design windows open and let it sit. Within a period of time, the error will appear.
