Landing on a data entry form tab that contains a 4D Write Pro area attached to a field causes the record to be marked as modified, even if the user has made no changes. Happens in v19R7 and in v.20.1, possibly others as well.
Has anyone encountered this issue and, if so, come up with a work-around? I’ve tried intercepting the “wk modified” variable and resetting it, but the reset alone sets the whole record to modified — sort of a catch-22. WP SET ATTRIBUTES([SDS]SDS_wp_english; wk modified; False) The bug report was filed last March, and I haven’t heard anything back from them.
