Hi Quentin :)
but getting JACK2 needs wget and dpkg, because Synaptic ignores it,
while gcdmaster and cdrdao can be upgraded by Synaptic from your
repository. I guess you need to edit some kind of repository pool
information.
The entry for Synaptic is
Type : Binary
URI : http://apt.harleystudio.co.za
Distribution: hardy
Components : main
Comment :
Reloading seems to be fine.
The needed libjack0.100.0-dev for JACK2 1.9.2 is still missing, I
haven't found it in http://apt.harleystudio.co.za/pool/.
As a spot test, without removing jackd, I reinstalled jackd and before
tying to install libjack-dev, I removed the installed package
completely, but there wasn't libjack-dev too ;).
For the JACK2 package I got a strange message:
# wget
http://apt.harleystudio.co.za/pool/jackd_1.9.2-0.64studio2~hardy1_amd64.deb
[snip]
# dpkg -i jackd_1.9.2-0.64studio2~hardy1_amd64.deb

* Pidfile not found! Is jackd running?
Unpacking replacement jackd ...
Setting up jackd (1.9.2-0.64studio2~hardy1) ...
Edit /etc/default/jackd to start jackd
JACK wasn't launched, anyway, it seems to be fine:
$ jackd -Rdalsa -dhw:0 -r96000 -p512 -n2

It will be a help for those who need JACK2, thank you, but for compiling
there's still the need to get your libjack-dev package by my upload,
while the libjack0.100.0-dev package completely is missing. So there's
no chance to get Qtractor from CVS to go on with fixing jitter for MIDI.
Cheers,
Ralf
