Hi Dave :) no this isn't a help. There seems to be a problem with the 64bit version, resp. something I do misunderstand.
The alsa drivers listed by lsmod shouldn't be a problem. Thank you for your effort. I'm worried that I've to change back to Suse. Does anybody use an ASUS M2A-VM HDMI and or a AMD Athlon X2 BE-2350?
