Yes, it's possible to enable all repos again. But you have to DISABLE 
all the repos in Synaptic, and don't delete anything from 
/etc/apt/sources.list, just put # in front of all repos not included in 
Quentin's list! And Synaptic will pick up the enabled repos 
automatically from /etc/apt/sources.list.

If you are unsure, you can make a backup of /etc/apt/sources.list first.
