Hi Daniel :)

I don't mean this, as I've written, maybe in to broken English. For this
you can e.g. use Rosegarden's tap function, just go to Composition > Add
Tempo Change or Alt + Shift + C and than m, okay, with the link's
application someone could tap all the time, while a sequencer is
playing, but you can't do it one time and have it forever, without
tapping again.

Imagine you have Elvis Presley's A little less conversation, as copy
from a record, as audio track for Rosegarden.

Now you will add stupid MIDI drums to the song. You need a tap function,
that will write a metronome tempo list, so that you only have to tap one
time from the beginning to the end of the song.

This is really a stupid example for something really stupid, but the
function itself is one of the basic functions you need for professional
sync sometimes.

But at the moment this is something I don't need ;). I have to solve the
troubles I still have.

Cheers,
Ralf
