In summary, I have a working installation of 64studio (updated up to 2.1) on an external disk, which I'm trying to configure to work with a new laptop. The only problem so far is with the Xorg configuration, since I can only have it work with vesa drivers, but with an unsatisfying resolution. My display is (output of lshw): Mobile GME965/GLE960 Integrated Graphics Controller I have installed the Intel drivers and declared my driver as "intel" in the xorg.conf file, I keep getting this error in Xorg.0.log: (EE) GARTInit: Unable to open /dev/agpgart (No such file or directory) I'm not sure what this should mean, and googling around for agpgart did not lead me anywhere. I've tried various tweaks but with no result whatsoever. Any advice on how to proceed (especially what log files to check for more explicit errors) would be appreciated.
