I want to object here. You should NEVER just ignore a md5sum alarm.
It could be the only sign someone tampered with the code you are going
to execute on your private machine. You should at least clarify *why*
you got the alarm
Please don't forget we live in a time even governments consider to spread
malware and trojan horses and call this "rightfull acting"
In the specific case, regarding to the log you sent, md5sum is complaining
about missing files, especially very basic ones. Are you sure you executed
the md5sum command in the correct way? Guessing from your output, it seems
md5sum was searching individual files from the root directory, which puzzles
me. If I recall correct, they provide just the md5sum of the whole iso image,
i.e. did you try to just run
md5sum 64studio_2.1_i386.iso
(without the "-c" switch)? Then, after reading the whole image, it should
just print a single sum, which you can compare with the sum published on
the download server. No magic here.

In the past, I successfully installed 64Studio from an overburned CD.
But it largely depends on the actual amount of data over the limit.
The iso is just below 800MB, thus an 700MB (80min) CD won't work, but one of
those special "800MB" CDs should work. You allways need to overburn them,
because the nominal capacity is set to something like 750MB, but there is enough
spare capacity for 800MB on them. I once managed to release a small series with
an recording of a opera with 91 min audio on such CDs.
