Sorry, I told a lie. If I wait long enough I get this further report:
Check root= bootargs cat /proc/cmdline or missing modules, devices:
cat /proc/modules ls /dev.
ALERT! /dev/disk/by-uuid/354a3759-3e65-4fa9-91f1-3e73b3f0d8a1 does
not exist. Dropping to shell !
At which point an initramfs prompt appears.
