i have installed debian lenny + the 64studio lenny-backports, just before the 64studio 3.0 alpha, which is based on ubuntu was announced. should i reinstall 64studio with the ubuntu version?
That would be my suggestion, please see if it works for you.
as my installtion is quite fresh, it's better to do it now than later, if the ubuntu version is the recommended one and there will be no lenny support in the future.
We're not likely to do a Lenny based release until a) Lenny gets released and then b) there is significant customer demand for it. Our Ubuntu LTS based platform is mature now, so it's a much better starting position for creating distros.
