All the killall jackd is part of the crash cleanup and it shows up in most jack crashes. All the results from a google for killall jackd are from varying causes and appear unrelated. The killall jackd is common in the console output but underlying crash can be caused by literally hundreds of things. Try googling for "computer crash" and you will get equally useful and related results. The only thing less useful would be to say "something bad happened somewhere". > It's no help to ignore that and to blame me, because I'm writing > something that is unpleasant. > I don't care if it is pleasant or not. If there is a problem then it will get fixed. It may not happen on yours or my time table, but then we can choose to help resolve the issue. We can also just choose to bitch about it, which will not likely produce the desired results. Again, we circle back around the issue of personal responsibility. There was nothing useful about your post other than "someone else has had a problem with jack crashing". This is like saying "there is something wrong with my car and other people have problems with their cars as well". There is nothing useful to help resolve the problem, you provided no insight or tips. All that you accomplished was to stir emotions on a software user list in which you are no longer using the software in question. You said you were not a troll yet I can think of no better description of one. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFJjHeVwRXgH3rKGfMRAre3AKCRxil4cpBJ0K4/Cl+fRdI6kJK3MgCgnVAN oLOR2L+OXRtN2nOvn6JRZ1w= =LHWw -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ 64studio-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.64studio.com/mailman/listinfo/64studio-users
