PS: I don't like "vmlinuz links". Sometimes they are in the root 
directory, sometimes they are in the /boot directory and the /boot 
directory might have it's own partition. Which partitions are you using 
for which of your Linux distros?

Looks like GRUB is fine, but the kernel might be unable to load the 
module binfmt-464c, because the module only can be loaded, if the module 
is loaded before. This might happen, if the wrong kernel is loaded. 
Maybe vmlinuz is linked to a wrong kernel, maybe root is set to another 
path, than the root path of the kernel or initrd.

Please post the menu.lst of your 64 Studio and the content of the folder 
/boot from your Zenwalk.
