Hi :)

the application I wish to use is muse, but muse crashes when I try to load a file.

In the sources there is no librubberband.so, even not in librubberband0 and that's why qtractor can't start.

spinymouse-s...@64studio:~$ qtractor
qtractor: error while loading shared libraries: librubberband.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Rosegarden might be fine, but I didn't tested any recordings until now. I won't leap for joy before I made some MIDI recordings.

I didn't test audio tracks until now, but in the past there were (nearly) no trouble with this.

I had no time-out errors for jack, but those I had in the past, by the way, it's said that jackdmp never disconnect clients and it didn't disconnect clients while I made tests. In the past clients were disconnected, while there were time-outs.

Cheers,
Ralf

Without loading a 'New' .med muse seems to be fine (I tested editing MIDI events by mouse and playing a synth plug-in), when I try to load a 'New' .med, most times muse closed and this is added to the output of muse:

While this is added to the output of jack:

spinymouse-s...@64studio:~$ qjackctl

spinymouse-s...@64studio:~$ rosegarden
[snip (a lot messages, but no strange messages or errors)]

I only loaded the demo children.rg, MIDI playing synth plug-ins, I didn't tested anything else. In the past most crashes were after recording MIDI, on the other hand there were strange outputs when I launched rosegarden in the past.
