Bad enough that it is heard by musicians, especially because it should
be for musicians. I need to leave home now, but I'll be back today and
then decrease the latency and do the same test again. I guess it will be
fine after doing this, but I don't know if an Envy24 card on Linux won't
run into trouble with a very low latency. And even non-musicians will
hear the delay on even simple pop basses, e.g. I only have one Yamaha
DX7 (the DX7 sounds different to Hexter), so it can be, that I need to
play an unison bass one after the other, at the moment it's impossible.
It might be better to do some kinds of music not take by take, but all
instruments played at the same time, anyway, it should be possible to do
syncopation by different takes and to get the recorded syncopation when
playing the recording, even at 10.7 ms (2 buffers) latency.

Cheers,
Ralf
