Sure. Use qjackctl's patchbay function to look for the movie player (totem) and connect it to 9 and 10 in addition to the 1 and 2 it grabs by default. I use this to connect totem to jkmeter if it is running, so that I can check levels if I need to without having the fiddle with the connections.
