Basically we need to edit the sudoers file. You are not supposed to edit it directly. By default it uses vim keybindings. This is fine for me but you may want to look at the man pages for visudo if you prefer a different syntax. sudo visudo Then edit the line that looks like this (it should be the last one): %admin ALL=NOPASSWD : ALL remove the "NOPASSWD" part. Once you exit you should be prompted for your password. I believe that the password is cached for 15 minutes.
