OK ... in between i am a little closer to the problem: When startin gnome-settings-daemon by hand i got:
ERROR: Caught a segmentation fault while loading plugin file: /usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10/libgstladspa.so But also that message can't tell me, what is wrong? I think a have been using ladspa effects for quite a long time now ... ?
