Correction:

spinymouse-s...@64studio:~$ cat ./-n
test
spinymouse-s...@64studio:~$ cat -n ./-n
     1    test
spinymouse-s...@64studio:~$ rm ./-n

Using the - as first sign shouldn't cause trouble. But I guess using the 
$-sign could cause an issue.
