At least I did, at least because of the "Anti-Sovereign" clause. On German radio I once said the truth about some bad "things" that happened in Israel. I ask if my report was Anti-Semitic or if any reported "thing" was not true. The answer was that I wasn't Anti-Semitic and that every thing I reported was true. The problem was, that it was strictly forbidden to touch the sovereignty of "any" state on Germany radio, but "any" doesn't mean Persia or the once PLO leaded states or some Asian states or just Cuba etc.. There was a selection of states that was called "any", no madder how those states behaved. Btw. taken from the German Wiki about Google Analytics: "Der Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz in Schleswig-Holstein äußert sich in seinem 31. Tätigkeitsbericht vom 31. März 2009 zu Google Analytics: „Derzeit ist die Nutzung des kostenlosen Google Analytics Services durch Webseitenanbieter unzulässig. Google muss dessen Konfiguration so ändern, dass die Betroffenen ihr Recht auf Widerspruch, Information und Auskunft sowie Löschung der Daten wirksam wahrnehmen können. Für den rechtswidrigen Einsatz des Dienstes haften die Webseitenbetreiber.“ On English, at least in Schleswig-Holstein, you can sue at law and you will win, if any German homepage doesn't inform you that they are monitoring your data. Some days ago a friend break with me, because he is using Google Analytics + having a forum were everybody needs to make public his email addresses + advertisings from big companies on his homepage + some manipulation ... and no his name isn't Malcolm McLaren, but he tries to do the same. At the moment I'm pissed of those people. Next year it will be 20 years ago, when U2 and Island records fucked SST records. I've got zero tolerance for all this stuff. Regarding to search engines http://www.ixquick.com/ might or might not be the only tolerable one :S and I'm using Firefox with http://www.ghostery.com/. Cheers!
