Hm? Only jackd from svn enables completely jitter free usage of hw midi. Only latest version of alsa enables usage of RME PCIe cards. Note, the next generation of mobos will ship without PCI slots. Only ... I dunno why the original author did an upgrade, but I've got reasons to upgrade. Cheers!
