The  adoption call  ended on April 15th and  there have been many positive 
responses on adopting the following document.

Draft-droms-6lo-ethertype-request is now a 6lo Wg document.  Ralph and 
co-authors, please move forward with submitting the doc as a WG document and 
let us know when it is ready for Working group LC.  Since this is a short draft 
- we should be able to go for LC quickly.

At the IETF95 meeting yesterday  this document has been presented and 
previously there has been discussions on the topic and as a result version 01 
has been published. The document RFC is required for  IETF to request a "ether 
type" code-point for LOWPAN IPv6-over-foo technologies.

Use cases:
* IEEE 802.15.9 Multiplexed Data Service
* WiFi Alliance HaLoW
* Other layer 2 technologies such as Ethernet and debugging tools


In the f2f  6lo meeting@IETF95, the response was in favor of adopting this 
document.
