Well, yes.  6282 does define a registry for LOWPAN_NHC types, so the set 
available for those can be extended without updating RFC 6282.  We don’t have 
any page switching for those, but probably don’t need something like that any 
time soon, as only 20 of the 256 code positions are taken.
