Regarding to the structure of the draft, the section 4 and 6 seem to be both talking about usage scenarios. An option is to merge these two sections. And the technologies mentioned in the section 3 are not perfectly aligned with the ones mentioned in the usage scenarios. For example, the G3-plc is not mentioned in the section 3.
