The only thing mentioned during this WG LC was Daniel's pointing out some minor cosmetics in a couple
of diagrams (figures 8 & 9). With those changes incorporated, I have resubmitted as version 04.
Once it appears in the repository, this draft is ready to progress to the IESG>
