Hi,

if an implementation would like to send back an ICMP error message in
response to a 6lowpan HC1-compressed IPv6 packet, shall it include the
HC1-compressed IPv6 header or its uncompressed version? I guess the
uncompressed version would be better, but it might require more buffer
space, fragments, energy for sending,...
