Some nits have been identified for nd-10:
* Reserved field lengths for message options are wrong.
* Version field in ABRO should be moved after the length field for 32-bit
alignment of the Reserved field.
* Clarify the 4th assumption in Section 1.3
* Section 5.8.2 - s/sending new unicast/sending a new unicast
