Dear all : In Dallas, we at 6TiSCH decided that the WG would not be the appropriate home DetNet, but would provide DetNet with deterministic LLN requirements.
This is an item we want to include in the upcoming 6TiSCH rechartering and it's probably time we start reflecting on: 1) how wireless is different from wire and 2) how that translate into what we'll be asking to DetNet to as to provision our tracks. I actually presented on that topic at the TSNA conference in Santa Clara yesterday. I added my slides to the bucket and would be happy to share those thoughts with you all at the next 6TiSCH interim call on Friday May 8th: https://bitbucket.org/6tisch/meetings/src/f46fd7b77409b3ba995c8ed7b7ca68ed3d8fdf4e/150508_webex/pthubert-TSNA-2015-reduced.pptx?at=master If you guys are interested we'll include that in the agenda for next week. Don't miss it!
