Dear all:
Draft 20 was published to address the comments by Eliot and Carlos, both great
and thoughtful suggestions.
The text was not changed dramatically, but some restructuration happened, in
particular to make section 3 lighter.
We have an open issue on the terminology, do we keep it there or resplit to a
separate document.
Let us talk at the IETF meeting - Carlos and Eliot, you are more than welcome
to attend out slot and discuss the proposed resolution as published in -20.
All the best,
Pascal

Abstract:
This document describes a network architecture that provides low-
latency, low-jitter and high-reliability packet delivery. It
combines a high-speed powered backbone and subnetworks using IEEE
802.15.4 time-slotted channel hopping (TSCH) to meet the requirements
of LowPower wireless deterministic applications.
Please note that it may take a couple of minutes from the time of submission
until the htmlized version and diff are available at tools.ietf.org.
