If I'm back from Fresno during that time, I'll definitely go.
I live in Laguna Niguel, so it's probably easier for me to just hop over
the Ortega myself.
FYI, my cell is 951 317 7489. This trip definitely sounds cool.

FWIW... in case anyone here wants to go to Murrieta on the 28th for this
meeting, I'll go along if people want to carpool/pitch-in for gas money,
etc...

The SRCLE meets the last Saturday of the month. The next one is on the
28th of Oct. Less then 2 weeks away. Right now the meetings are more
social then technical. I apologize for the lack of info at srcle.org
please refer to http://linux.meetup.com/386 for more info. We start at
7:30pm and go until whenever. So far we have been ending just before
midnight. The November and December meetings may be changed to a
different date rather then the last Saturday of the month due to the
upcoming holidays.

Hi Chris, when and where does your group meet? We haven't met
regularly up here; never reached critical mass on the meeting-in-person
bit, mostly because we couldn't find a time that a majority of people
could agree on. but I'm sure a few of us might want to get motivated
and come to one of your meetups now and then.

Hello,
I just wanted to say hello to everyone. My name is Chris Louden and I
have been using Linux since June of 99'. I prefer Debian and Debian
based Distros. I'm rather new to SoCal, been here just about 2 years.
I spent the first 29 years of my life in Las Vegas.
The Linux community in my local area is pretty small so I'm reaching
out the the surrounding areas to get my tux fix. I am quite active in
the LVLUG (http://lvlug.org) despite moving to Lake Elsinore. I have
also started SRCLE (http://srcle.org) earlier this year. Were a small
group catering to the 951 area code.
I work for as a bug-finder software company that is focused in the
Telephony market. We are just now beginning to offer several Linux
based PBX solutions. I'm very excited.
I look forward to meeting you all at one of the upcoming 909Linux events.
