What commercial Linux support options are available, besides the obvious 
ones (SuSE/Novell, Red Hat, Canonical, etc)

Are there services where you can pay X amount per year and have basic 
LAMP support?  Or if you're having a problem pay a certain amount, open 
up a ticket, and work on it until resolution (like you can with 
Microsoft's support)?
