1. OCHosting.com's SpamSTOP www.ochosting.com
        pros: $10/mo, nice simple user-based configs, unlimited emails
        cons: doesn't offer you ability to make global configs
2. Tangent www.tcnoc.com
        pros: affordable, nice way to make global configs
        cons: more expensive, pricing not conducive to smaller biz
