This is the company we use: http://www.tektonic.net/unmanaged.html They start a bit more expensive; they don't have the cheap plans. But they're cheaper for almost equivalent service. Our experience with them has been somewhere around "good"; nowhere near excellent. We're still with them after over a year. We use them for one of our secondary nameservers.
